Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original Lotto Sport shoe box or apparel bag, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
